Return policy

  • Before you place the order it is recommended, kindly read all the Terms & Conditions and policies i.e.: Returns, Cancellation, shipping and Product Details.

  • All the products will be sent after due verification by Technical Staff of Mamamami.

  • If you place order for more than one product with same color, design and range, kindly confirm the stock availability with our Customer Service team through Email or phone before you place the order.

  • There may be situations where you ordered several products and one or more of those products are not in stock. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the cost of products not available.

  • If you receive a damaged product or Wrong product (ones different from the model that you have ordered online) Mamamami  will take care for rectifying.

  • Seeking replacement/return of a product must inform mamamami.in within seven days. Complaints received after that time will not be considered.

  • Mamamami only accepts product returns on damaged goods and wrong delivery of products.

  • We cannot entertain any other type of product returns/exchanges.

  • Damaged products/ wrongly delivered packages have to be returned with their Price Tag intact and should be in an unused condition.

  • If you receive products on damaged condition/ wrong products, we request you to Contact our Representative at Landline No. or E-mail us at : info@mamamami.in earliest with your complaint.

  • Upon registration of your complaint, our representative will guide you on how to proceed with the product return.

  • If you receive damaged products, Mamamami will replace the same, once we have received the original product.

  • Mamamami have only rights to take decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
